Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, subscribing to a KCT membership, or otherwise using app.kidcob.com.au (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to them, don't use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time — see clause 12. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

KCT publishes analysed racing and sports betting selections, staking guidance, and a track record of past results. It's an information and entertainment service.

KCT is not a bookmaker or wagering operator. We don't accept, place, or facilitate bets, and we don't hold or move customers' betting funds. Because of this, KCT does not require a bookmaker or wagering operator licence. Any actual bet you place is between you and the bookmaker you choose to use, under that bookmaker's own terms.

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or professional advice. Tips reflect our own analysis and opinion at the time they're posted — they are not a recommendation tailored to your personal financial circumstances.

• —You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or hold a membership.
• —You must provide a real, working email address and keep your login details confidential — you're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• —One account per person. Sharing a single paid account across multiple people, or reselling access, isn't permitted.
• —Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

KCT membership is billed weekly, monthly, or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, our third-party billing partner — KCT never sees or stores your card details.

• —Free trial: the weekly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is needed to start it, nothing is charged during the 7 days, and unless you cancel before the trial ends it converts automatically into a paid weekly membership at the weekly price shown at checkout. The free trial is limited to one per person.
• —Memberships automatically renew each billing period until you cancel.
• —Members may qualify for our profit guarantee, which refunds a billing period you don't profit across — see "Refunds" below.
• —You can manage, pause, or cancel your membership at any time ("Manage your membership", linked from the Join page and your Profile) — this takes you to Stripe's secure billing portal.
• —Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not refund the current billing period unless required by law, covered by the guarantee below, or granted at our discretion.
• —Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal, not retroactively.

Members may qualify for a profit guarantee: if you don't turn a profit across a billing period, we'll refund the membership payment for that period. This applies to any billing period of your membership — not only your first — subject to the limit below. Billing periods are measured as:

• —Weekly plan — a week, measured Monday to Sunday.
• —Monthly plan — a calendar month.
• —Yearly plan — a calendar year.

The 7-day free trial on the weekly plan isn't a paid billing period: nothing is charged during it, so there is nothing to refund and it doesn't count towards the limit below. The guarantee covers your paid billing periods.

To be eligible, all of the following must be true:

• —You followed every tip we posted during that period — at the selection and stake shown. Skipping picks, using different stakes, or placing bets we didn't tip breaks eligibility.
• —You did not turn a profit across those tips over that period.
• —We may ask for proof you followed every tip (e.g. bet slips or bookmaker account statements) before processing a refund.
• —You have not already received the maximum number of refunds — each person is limited to 2 refunds in total, ever, regardless of how many times you subscribe or which plan you're on.

Saturday Racing Refund Special

On selected Saturdays that we announce, we run a Saturday Racing Refund Special: if our racing tips for that Saturday finish in an overall loss, you may be refunded. This is separate from, and in addition to, the profit guarantee above. To be eligible for it:

• —You must have followed every racing tip we posted that Saturday — at the selection and stake shown.
• —The special only applies on Saturdays we have announced it for — it doesn't apply to every Saturday.
• —We may ask for proof you followed every racing tip (e.g. bet slips or bookmaker account statements) before processing a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at admin@kidcob.com.au after the billing period (or Saturday) in question has ended.

What's refunded is the membership payment for that period only — never betting stakes or betting losses. Outside of this guarantee, membership payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or granted at our discretion (see Membership & Billing, above).

Betting involves risk, and outcomes are inherently uncertain. Publishing a strike rate, ROI, or profit-and-loss track record on the Service is a record of past results only — it is not a promise, projection, or guarantee of future performance. You could lose some or all of the money you choose to stake, regardless of what any tip suggests.

Unit-based staking figures shown on the Service (including any dollar-equivalent examples) are illustrative only. You choose your own stake sizes and bear full responsibility for that decision.

Members get access to a shared chat room to discuss plays and talk shop. By posting, you agree to:

• —Keep it civil — no harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse of other members or staff.
• —Not post spam, unsolicited advertising, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• —Not impersonate another member, a moderator, or KCT staff.
• —Take ownership of what you post — you're responsible for your own messages and reactions.

We can mute, remove content from, or suspend access for any member who breaches these rules, at our reasonable discretion and without prior notice. Muting restricts posting and reacting; it doesn't remove your ability to read the room.

All tips, analysis, track-record data, branding, and other content KCT publishes belong to KCT (or our licensors) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a member only.

You agree not to:

• —Screenshot, copy, forward, republish, or otherwise redistribute KCT content outside your own personal use — including sharing paid tips with non-members or reselling access in any form.
• —Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• —Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

The Service relies on third parties to operate — including Stripe (payments and membership management) and the bookmakers you choose to bet with. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their availability, pricing, promotions, account decisions, or terms. Your relationship with your bookmaker(s) is separate from, and governed independently of, your relationship with KCT.

Please gamble responsibly and only ever stake money you can genuinely afford to lose. If betting has stopped being fun, or you're worried about your own or someone else's gambling, free and confidential help is available 24/7 in Australia:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• —KCT is not liable for any betting losses, missed winnings, or financial outcome arising from your use of any tip, staking guidance, or other content on the Service.
• —KCT is not liable for the acts, omissions, or terms of any third party, including Stripe or any bookmaker.
• —KCT is not liable for service interruptions, errors, or data loss, including where these arise from third-party infrastructure we rely on.
• —Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or engage in conduct that harms other members or KCT. You can close your own account at any time by contacting us. Cancelling your membership stops billing but doesn't automatically delete your KCT account — see our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our obligations, or the law. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Material changes will be flagged on the Service where practical.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
